  • How will my order be delivered and what is the cost?

    Shipping costs will be calculated on the website and will be verified at the time of the order. 


    All  delivery / shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you before completing the order.


    Within Canada and the USA, shipment is made by Fedex with all ground and air options available. 

    Canada Post and Air Cargo are available for any remote location worldwide.


    We ship worldwide to 220+ countries via Fedex with various service options available.  

    Other carriers such as DHL, UPS and Purolator are also available if needed. We ship to Tropics, Arctic, Deserts, and Islands. Please inquire. 


  • What is included in the pricing?

    Awards Canada pricing includes the use of your custom logo and branding along with an inscription as specified in each product. 


    Art services may be added for new logos or images.
